Pregnancy Diet that I followed
Prenatal Multivitamins
Mixed Nuts everyday:- Almond, Pista,Walnut,Pecans,Peanuts and Raisins (Get them in separate bags (small packets) and take 4 nuts from each packet and have it.
Carrot Juice in the morning after having breakfast-- Helps in baby's development and nourishes the eyes when it is forming.
Veggies:- Make some vegetable curry each day and try to have it during Lunch time.
Fresh Pomegranate or POM Juice everyday in the night. It helps to purify the blood and boosts the immune system.
Yogurt (flavored or fresh home made curd)
Above items were my everyday routine items. In addition to it you can eat other fresh fruits trying one kind each day. Indulge in one non-healthy snack like cake or ice cream once or twice a week and treat yourself, eat guilt-free as baby needs that extra calories.
