* Travel system- Car seat+stroller
* Crib and crib changing sheet
* Diapers, wipes and diaper rash creme
* Bib and wash clothes
* Baby blanket
* Postpartum support belt-to reduce tummy
* Diaper bag with lots of compartment
* If you are pumping milk then you will need the following:- Breast pump, Bustier hands free pumping bra,feeding bottle, bottle brush,baby dishwashing liquid,bottle warmer and bottle drying rack
* Baby nail cutter and baby comb
* Temporal thermometer
* Humidifier
* Nursing pads
* Baby monitor
* Baby clothes
* Cosmetics:- Baby bath and hair wash liquid, moisturizer, baby oil and baby detergent to wash clothes.

* Musical mobile for the crib

1. Target usually has good baby stuffs at reasonable price.
2. Walk in to BabyrUs and toysrUs just to get an idea what kinda items are available. They have Registry where you can scan all the items you need----just a like preferred list. They will send you coupons for those specific items and also watch for clearance sale.
3. Checkout membership stores like Sam's or Costco
4. Online websites and other discount registration sites

Used:- (If you are fine with Used items then check out the following places)
1. Craigslist
2. Consignment Stores( Used baby stuffs will be cleaned and in good condition)
3. Of course check with Friends & family (Coz most of em won't sell those stuffs and usually happily pass on to others and clean their house in turn :)
4. Check out for local fairs like Kids exchange  etc
